Great place for room rental.

M-DOT is a great shared working space. The team led by Michal are amazing, attentive and always there for us. The facilities are 5 star and the community is terrific. We were in WeWork Ibn Gvirol and M-DOT is premier league in comparison. And we have not even mentioned the fish deck!

I am in place from the opening, at 1.12020. I have been to a number of co-working spaces in the past. M-Dot surpasses all. The positive experience started from the stage of interest and only increases. The complex is designed, cozy and inspiring. Enables work, concentration and productivity. But the real reason in my opinion for the success of the place lies in the quality and attitude of the staff under the direction of Michal Shaul who does above and beyond for the sake of the tenants.

חסרונות :
Low frequency public transportation. - The elongated structure requires "long" walks for tenants at the edges of the compound. - A small variety of restaurants in the area. Get along with deliveries.

M-Dot עולה על כולם. החוויה החיובית התחילה משלב ההתעניינות ורק עולה. המתחם מעוצב, נעים ומעורר השראה. מאפשר עבודה, ריכוז ופרודוקטיביות. אבל הסיבה האמיתית לטעמי להצלחת המקום נעוצה באיכות ובגישה של הצוות בניצוחה של מיכל שאול שעושה מעל ומעבר למען הדיירים.

- תחבורה ציבורית בתדירות נמוכה. - המבנה המאורך מצריך הליכות "ארוכות" לדיירים בקצוות המתחם. - מגוון מסעדות קטן באיזור. מסתדרים עם משלוחים.

Great working space, absolutely amazing, always smiling, management. I've decided to base my company in M-DOT after trying it for a few months and I am very happy that I've made that decision. Impressive for both employees and company visitors ,I highly recommend taking a space.

What a stunning place! I had a business meeting yo attend at this venue on Sunday morning which was delayed by about 30min. This then gave me a bit of time to take a strole through the building and see what it all looks like. Well, I was pleasantly surprised, on arrival I went to the reception desk and confirmed which room we would be in, the reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. They even offered me coffee while I waited for my meeting to begin. The venue as a whole was clean, tidy and well maintained. At no time was there any rubbish left laying around, not even in the kitchen area. The only issue I had was the fact that parking outside on the road is a bit of a problem as there is most certainly not enough. Right that all being said, the big question is would I go back, would I tell my friends and colleagues, Hell Yeah, most certainly! I would most certainly recommend this place to anyone.

I highly recommend M-DOT for those that are looking for a bit more than just coming to work and going home. Amazing staff that are always available and happy to help. beautiful garden right outside gives you a nice taste of nature during your lunch break or just to enjoy a few minutes if you can. the place is always clean and highly maintained nice kitchens fully stacked with all the basic necessities required. great work environment with excellent people and overall amazing atmosphere!

I got to work there quite a bit recently despite the slightly problematic location the place creates a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere that is fun to work in a large and beautiful terrace that can be hosted, the positions themselves are comfortable and the internet is excellent

A charming place, a family atmosphere, lots of flexibility and goodwill, an attached shower that allows you to start a working day after riding in Ben Shemen

Nice co-working space, very nice and neat workstations and areas, many options for one time or extended work options. Staff is friendly and helpful and utilities are well maintained. They have parking options as well - parking lot in the building (not free), street parking and free parking lots within easy walking distance. They have everything you might need for a productive office environment including wifi, private offices, open spaces, meeting rooms and equipment you can rent.
