Great service! Good location,near the expo

For the price this is a cosy and quiet hotel. It doesn't have many dining in food options during the day or night however, so I found myself going out to eat mostly. The breakfast was nice though, a nice variety of local tastes especially if you love cheese and bread. It is worth getting access to the business lounge if you want to get some light bread/cheese related snacks during the day. Some rooms have baths!

Very clean, friendly, professional, convenient. The beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Rooms are nice. They call it a business hotel but you need to pay in order to enter the lounge :)

Univiting, lethargic and unerving front desk staff. Without regard to the "don't disturb" sign-- constantly barged and cleaned the room when I did not want to.

Everything that's advertised is correct, perfect, great staff, super polite and friendly. I arrived a little too early however this was no problem, the lady on reception, said ,please head to the Breakfast lounge, enjoy a coffee or some breakfast if you like and wait for your room...(that's great customer service). Each day my room was made up perfectly clean, and the staff was always polite with a smile.Breakfast was served again by lovely polite staff, very helpful and friendly. This Hotel does everything the right way and it's a credit to the staff.

If you need a place close to the hospital, it can't get any better. The breakfast was below standard it's ok but really not what you expect given the price of the room . Room is ok but again below standard for example no espresso machine So value for money 3 out of 10 But if you need the place for its location it is what it is .

Good hotel, service is nice! but no room service and I think is a must nowadays

Been staying here since 26 October, everything is closed up due to the pandemic at least the breakfast is still operational. The staff here is professional and ready to help when needed.

Exceeds all my expectations and more! The room itself is clean, cozy, roomy and has everything you need. The facilities are perfect. The business lounge has delicious snacks, but nothing can compare to the kind blowing breakfast!!! The breakfast is simply out of this world! The staff is very friendly, happy and makes sure you have everything you need. You have access to the gym nearby which is very well equipped. Most importantly, it’s in the heart of the city, so you don’t feel like a tourist coming to and from the hotel. It’s very well integrated into the city itself. The experience is amazing!
