החלטתי לתת צ'אנס בגלל הקורונה, כדי לא להתחייב לטווח ארוך, והבנתי שזה רק יתרון אחד מתוך כל היתרונות במקום. הצוות יעיל ממש, הכל נקי ומסודר, המקום נראה יוקרתי, ומשתלם כלכלית הרבה יותר ממשרד לטווח ארוך.

We had a spa day in the weekend. The massage was absolutely fantastic, one of the most professional massages I've got in a while. Later we went up to the beautiful roof for a warm jacuzzi, it was perfect! Recommend!

I decided to give it a chance because of the corona, so as not to commit to the long term, and realized that this is just one of all the benefits in place. The staff is really efficient, everything is clean and tidy, the place looks upscale, and much more financially viable than a long-term office.

Great rooftop bar. Service was very slow but the atmosphere was lovely.

We booked a massage in the hotel and we asked if we can arrive with our scooters and we were told that yes, they have a dedicated place where we can leave them. When we arrived, the guy at the reception told us that they don’t have any place to leave our scooters (and he was very rude). We had to lock them outside and to take the risk. After the massage we found out that one of our scooters got stolen. Thanks Brown. I will never come back or recommend to anyone about you.

Nice urban hotel in the a great neighborhood of Tel Aviv. Great rooftop bar. Super location !

Went there for a spa day. Pros: good massage and nice masseur Cons: they were not ready (to say the least) with the jacuzzi. We had to fill it ourselves, no where to wait in the meantime (unless you want to stay in the lobby with the towel). It was also dirty and unpleasant.

The masseuses there are great, but the calm atmosphere was ruined last time I was there and their massage room is pretty small. I haven't checked out their hotel rooms, but I did get a chance to sit on their roof in a hot tub which was pretty chill. Great for couples and to treat your loved ones to a fancy morning with a cold beverage in a hot tub and a pretty good massage.

Staying in this boutique hotel gives the real authentic feeling of 70s. The atmosphere here is super cozy, of course thanks to its staff, giving their heart to every guest, and facilities they know how to use to make the stay special.

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was amazing. The room was clean, albeit small, but definitely comfortable. Once we unpacked we can bring the suitcases downstairs so they won't take up any room. The bathroom was a good size and the Jacuzzi/bathtub was a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend Brown TLV Urban Hotel. The location is also great! The service was perfect!

OVERPRICED!!! Small rooms, Cockroaches in the room! They literally never swiped the room at all for 7 days, the same dead cockroach was in the exact same spot where I found it dead the day that I arrived!! Very bad cleaning service ! Only pro is one of the girls in the lobby who was very helpful! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

Cockroaches in rooms, over priced and an average location. To stop it off the manager and staff don't bother replying when you contact them about cockroaches in your suitcase.

We went for a day spa and it was pretty disappointing. The stuff wasn’t that nice, and I had a better massage. But, the hotel itself is pretty beautiful, renovated, great rooftop.
