We stayed there from a first tour from USA and they accommodated us very well. They treated us very well. The whole crew was very friendly and nice. We got to know our friend Foyad in the dinner server and he was always ready to help.

I did not stay at the hotel overnight but came here for a private function which was great. The food and service were excellent. If you can, make it to the top floor to get a unique view of the whole of the city of Jerusalem. Truly magnificent

I just went to meet someone there so I only saw the foyer area but I was very impressed with the look and style. Seems very upmarket.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome by the amazing staff, and it almost felt like home away from home! The location is perfect. Close to everything in Jerusalem. The walk to the shuk was so eye opening, and it was such a beautiful walk. As a person who spends lots of time in Jerusalem, this has to be the best stay. It is truly a pearl and gem. The rooms were better than we could ever imagine, and the view was the best view I have seen in a while! The breakfast was so so good. My favorite part of it was that there was so much Israeli cuisine. From chalva to authentic cheeses, to delicious salads. I am convinced that this is the best hotel in Jerusalem. As a family with or without children, this is the perfect hotel for everyone. Such high quality, of cleanliness, food, and especially, people!

Overall good hotel, great shower in the rooms. Swimming pool looks way better in pictures, breakfast choices could be better.
